Hi,
Omni-Channel currently supports routing for the following objects and records.

  • Cases
  • Chats
  • Contact requests
  • Leads
  • Messaging (Lightning Experience only)
  • Orders
  • Social posts
  • SOS video calls (Salesforce Classic only)
  • Custom objects that don’t have a master object
